Inks, printing supplies (consumables), and regular supplies that come in bundles with a printer or machine are excluded and not covered. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports.

Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Kingdom DTF in the first 24 hours.
